Woman killed in I-69 crash

VERNON TWP. - A woman is dead after a crash on I-69 near Newburg Road in Vernon Township, according to Michigan State Police.

At about 2 p.m. Wednesday, a female passenger was ejected from a vehicle and died as a result of her injuries, according to MSP officials.

Condition of the driver, also female, was not released.

Names, hometowns and ages were also not released.
