ST. JOHNS – Journey Federal Credit Union recently welcomed Jeffrey Kusler as chief lending officer and chief experience officer.

Kusler will serve as principal advisor to the CEO and board concerning lending strategies, member experience, and risk management initiatives.

A graduate of Michigan State University, Kusler holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree in integrated management. He also earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University.

He is a Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) through the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) and a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Journey Federal Credit Union serves Clinton, Gratiot, and Shiawassee counties, and maintains three branch locations located in St. Johns, Fowler and Ovid.
