Students attend leadership conference

CORUNNA — The Shiawassee Regional Education Service District (RESD) HOSA chapter recently attended the state leadership conference in Grand Rapids.

Students competed in a variety of events in several areas of the health field. All of the students are enrolled in the Shiawassee RESD’s Health Science Academy program in partnership with Baker College of Owosso and Memorial Healthcare.

HOSA is a national career and technical education student organization that promotes career opportunities in the health care industry and enhances the delivery of quality health care to all people.
