Owosso’s Central Elementary School third-graders visited Homeless Angels’ Owosso Campus Nov. 4 to kick off their kindness projects. Students helped stock shelves and received a tour of the new shelter in Owosso. Some students were surprised to see and hear how families in the community do not have a place to live. Shelter officials said they are most in need of items such as paper towels, styrofoam/paper cups, small baggies, toilet paper and laundry soap.
