NEW SERVICE AT LIBRARY

Renae Thomas of Corunna is shown using a free video relay phone service available for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who use sign language. The Sorenson Communications service is now available at the Corunna branch of the Community District Library. A camera and relay equipment are attached to a television screen for easy viewing. Those using the service simply enter the phone number of whomever they would like to talk with and a hearing interpreter relays the signed message from the caller. The library is located at 210 E. Corunna Ave.
