CORUNNA — Noah Coffey, 19, of Owosso, was arraigned Monday on two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (force or coercion).

A warrant was issued by the prosecutor’s office Nov. 18, 2018, for Coffey’s arrest. Court records do not indicate why Coffey was not arrested until now.
