Age 23, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away June 29, 2019.

He was born Dec. 15, 1995, to Barry and Gina Moore. Cody had a contagious personality and loved to laugh. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and spend time at the river and in the mountains. Cody also loved the game of golf. Those who knew Cody, knew how much he loved to spend time cutting up with his friends, especially over bonfires and campouts.

Cody had a tremendous heart and would help anyone who needed a hand. He also had a special bond with his twin brother, Garrett, whom he loved very much. Cody was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Rex Klippenstein and his aunt Donna Jean Moore.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents Barry and Gina Moore; twin brother Garrett Moore; grandparents Helen Klippenstein, Guy D Moore and Mary Edna Moore; aunts and uncles Shaun Klippenstein (Diane), Ivy Last, Brian Moore (Darlene), Lynn Hamp (Greg) and Brenda Fitzmaurice (Tom); and cousins Chelsey Kilppenstein, Cordell Klippenstein, Scottie Wiens, Taylor Moore, Brian Moore Jr., Blair Moore, Alexa Moore, Josh Hamp, Eric Hamp, Tom Fitzmaurice Jr., Brendan Fitzmaurice, Bridgette Fitzmaurice and Emma Fitzmaurice.

In addition to these, Cody leaves behind numerous extended family and friends.

A celebration of Cody’s life took place Friday with the Rev. Tony Spencer officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Anchor Point, an organization that Cody was very fond of. The address is PO Box 3625 Cleveland, TN 37320.
