OWOSSO — The Daystarr/Subway team (morning) and Sobak’s Home Medical team (afternoon) placed first at the Memorial Healthcare Foundation Golf Benefit July 2 at Owosso Country Club.

Over 164 golfers participated in two flights at the 18-hole event.

Proceeds of more than $45,000 from the event will be used to benefit department programs and pediatric health and wellness.

Other prize winners included fourth-place finishers Weinstein Electric (morning) and Heritage Monuments (afternoon) and seventh-place finishers Lansing Tile & Mosaic (morning) and Physician Anesthesia (afternoon). Closest to the pin winners were Matt Gulick and Dr. Bill Haas. The longest drive prize winners were Becca Jones and Justin Ardelean (morning) and Lauren Kulbago and Gary Branch (afternoon).
