WINNIPEG, Manitoba — New Lothrop alumnus Amari Coleman made his Canadian Football League debut Friday night.

The former Hornet and Central Michigan star started at cornerback and made four tackles in the Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ 20-3 preseason victory over the Edmonton Eskimos.

The Blue Bombers’ second preseason game is Thursday at Saskatchewan.
